Privacy Policy
This policy explains what OlloVue collects and why, for our website, dashboards, apps, and provisioned venue hubs.
What we collect
- Signup & account data — name, venue, email, phone, plan interest, referral code.
- Venue data you create — menus, scenes, playlists, events, staff schedules, and settings, stored in your venue's own isolated hub.
- Device data — paired TV identifiers, heartbeat/health pings, and periodic on-screen snapshots so your dashboard can show what each TV is displaying.
- Billing — handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
- Basic web analytics — page views on our site. No ad trackers.
How we use it
To run your screens, send service emails (welcome, alerts, weekly digests), process payments, and improve the product. AI features (scene design, the assistant) send relevant prompts to model providers to generate the response; we don't sell your data to anyone.
Your venue's customers
The Service displays content to your guests but does not collect their personal information for OlloVue's purposes. Features you enable (guest shoutouts, ordering) store submissions in your venue hub, under your control.
Retention & deletion
Venue data lives in your isolated instance and its backups. When an account closes we delete venue data within 30 days (backups age out within a further 30). Email emprezarioinc@gmail.com for export or deletion.
Security
Per-venue isolation, TLS everywhere, token-authenticated APIs, and encrypted offsite backups. No system is perfect; report concerns to the email above.

Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
