Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of OlloVue — the TV operating system for venues — including our website, dashboards, apps, and provisioned venue hubs (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
OlloVue turns TVs into managed displays: menu boards, scenes, live channels, and related tools, managed from a per-venue dashboard and optional AI assistant. We may add, change, or retire features at any time.
2. Your account & content
- You're responsible for your login credentials, your staff's access, and everything displayed on your screens.
- You must have the rights to any content you display — menus, images, logos, and especially live TV/streaming feeds. Only connect feeds you are licensed to show publicly.
- We may suspend accounts displaying unlawful content or abusing the platform.
3. Trials, billing & cancellation
- New venues start on a free trial; when it ends, service pauses unless a paid plan is active.
- Subscriptions bill through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid period.
- Failed payments may pause your screens after notice.
4. Hardware
Fire TV sticks and TVs are yours (or bought from us as one-time purchases). The OlloVue app is licensed, not sold, for use with the Service.
5. Availability & data
We target high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Your venue data is backed up regularly; export is available on request. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may terminate for breach of these terms with notice where practical. On termination we delete or return venue data within 30 days, minus legally required records.
